By accessing or using the Rilobase application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Rilobase provides an AI chat interface enhanced with a deep research pipeline. The Service intercepts user prompts, retrieves real-time data from authoritative web sources, extracts verified facts, and uses third-party AI models to generate responses. The Service operates on a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) model, meaning users must provide their own API keys to generate AI responses.
The Rilobase architecture, frontend interface, backend pipeline, and caching logic are the intellectual property of Rilobase. You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the responses generated. However, you grant Rilobase a temporary license to process your prompts, cache the extracted facts, and store your chat history to provide and improve the Service.
The Service relies on third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq) and live web data. We do not guarantee that AI responses will be 100% accurate, complete, or free of bias. Rilobase is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from decisions made based on the information provided by the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
